Abstract
The goal of this Bachelor thesis was to analyze economical development and the present state of an ENCO group s.r.o. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical background of the selected issues. Then I briefly introduced the company for which I created my Bachelor thesis. Next parts have practical nature. I describe current state of my enterprise with PEST analysis and Porter's Five-Forces Model. I performed a financial analysis for the period 2004 – 2009. Based on this analysis, I develop a SWOT analysis, which reveal the strengths and weaknesses of ENCO group s.r.o., its opportunities and threats. My Bachelor thesis also includes recommendations and proposals of solutions.
