Abstract

Graduation thesis describes the interpersonal communication in the course of execution of state fire supervision. The first part of the thesis presents communication theory, the parting of the communication, function and motivation. Principles active harking and controlled interview are present in this graduation thesis. Communication typology and communication mode are introduced at the close the first part at the thesis. The second part presents practical application teoretical knowledge included case report. Principal object is the concept thematic and time plan of refresher course for nation perfoming the action of execution of state fire supervision.
