Abstract
The aim of this thesis, which was made possible by completing an internship at Litsol s.r.o., is to describe the customer requirements processed during the implementation of the SAP system for an undisclosed company. The company has sales entities worldwide, including Europe. The thesis focuses on the analysis, solution design, and implementation of various customer requirements. The tasks included both the development of entirely new functionalities and the expansion of existing ones.
