The bachelor thesis „Social entrepreneurship as an innovative instrument of active employment policy“ is focused on activities and financing of the selected social enterprises in Olomouc region in years 2012–2017, for potentiality of financial drawing from different resources, and the capacity of enterprises to reach these resources. It draws conclusions, how these funds can more support social enterprises for the creation of new jobs and increase the social inclusion of disadvantaged people in the labour market.
Asked enterprises identically confirmed, that companies in their business activities cannot do without financial aid from public budgets of town, region, state or the EU. It could be explained by that, integrate social enterprises employ people who are disadvantaged in the labour market as a result of their disability. These people are not able to ensure their work will cover their wages and additional expenses are usually covered with financial aid.
The recommendation, which infer is from the survey should be following. Social enterprises should use and spread all of the propagation of social bussines. Most of this enterprises cannot adress stakeholders. Awareness and reciprocal communication between region and social enterprises is usually bad. That is one of the reasons, why are not these enterprises getting any public orders. It is imperative to increase the level of cooperation with the public sector, to do more for social enterprises and to initiate support at local level.
