Reorganizace jako jeden ze způsobů řešení úpadku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to introduce reorganizational process, evaluate up to date usage of this and find out the specifics of reorganizations provided in the Czech insolvency practice since insolvency act effect till present time. This introduction is based on analysis of publically accessible data provided by Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Bankruptcy is characterized in this thesis as a basic condition for insolvency process beginning and individual ways of solutions are mentioned. Further, this thesis tries to find out when and for whom reorganization is acceptable and usable and under what conditions reorganization can be approved. Status of creditors within the reorganization is discussed as well as final impact this reorganization has on related people. if the reorganization is to be successful, reorganizational plan is needed, its quality and practicability. Conclusion deals with condition, under which the reorganization can be finished.
