Abstract
The thesis includes the analysis of assorted coal and coke market and proposes a new business strategy for retail distribution in region Moravia-Silesia. One part of the thesis deals with the marketing research which is related to costumers of the coal storage and to data of their preferences. The output of this work is a collection of suggestions, which should increase the competitive strength of the company in the assorted coal and coke market.
