Abstract

The bachelor´s is focused on Faculty of Civil Engineering building part passportization. Opening charter is generally about Facility Management, because passportization is secon-dary unit of Facility Management. Next charter is about passportization and passport´s. This charter is the longest. The last subjekt in theoretical part is about system support, be-cause practical part is created in software.This part is focused on concrete building for creating data of passportization. For introduction the building to CAFM system´s is used the pit FM. Component´s of bachelor´s are schematical plan´s in which is designd labeling of functional area by single types of functioning. The scope of this work is 37 pages.
