Prevence neoprávněného vstupu a ochrana technických zařízení na zatápěné lokalitě

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the prevention of unauthorized access and the protection of technical equipment at a flooded site during the reclamation of the Czechoslovak Army Mine. The aim of the thesis is to analyse security risks related to unauthorized entry and threats to technical equipment and to propose appropriate physical and technical security measures. The theoretical part addresses physical protection elements, particularly video surveillance system and intrusion detection systems, relevant legislation, and technical equipment used in quarry reclamation. The practical part includes an analysis of the current security state, risk identification, and the design of a comprehensive security solution with an economic evaluation. The result is a proposed security system enhancing the safety of the reclaimed site.
