Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the system of education and development of employees in a selected company. The aim of the work was to find out how the system of education, training and development of employees in restaurants of a franchisee of an unnamed company operating in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions, to discover possible weaknesses of the system and to suggest a suitable form of solution to improve its current state. The first part of the work was devoted to theoretical background and professional terminology related to corporate education and employee development. The next part briefly defined the characteristics of the company, its organizational structure and described the current system of education and development of the organization. A questionnaire survey was used to obtain the data needed to analyze the system, and its results were interpreted in the following section. In the last part of the work were listed suggestions and recommendations for improving the current state of education and development of the organization.
