Odpadové hospodářství v České republice a Evropské unii

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na odpadové hospodářství v ČR a EU, zhodnocuje dosavadní vývoj v ČR ve srovnání se státy EU z hlediska cílů, jež byly vytyčeny jak na úrovni EU, tak i ČR. Práce popisuje legislativní rámec od vstupu České republiky do EU a zhodnocuje, které směrnice a nařízení v oblasti hospodaření s odpady nejsou stále dostatečně implementovány do národních legislativ jednotlivých členských států. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Kapitoly se liší podle zaměření a obsahu. První a druhá kapitola je zaměřena na legislativní rámec hospodaření s odpady, strategie a nástroje v rámci EU a ČR. Třetí kapitola popisuje současný stav nakládání s komunálním odpadem jak v ČR ale také v průměru EU 27 a v jednotlivých členských státech

The diploma work is aimed at waste economy in the Czech Republic and in European Union. It evaluates present development in the Czech Republic in comparison with countries of EU in respects of objects, that were determinated both in European Union and in the Czech Republic. The work describes legislative scope from the time, when the Czech Republic became a member of European Union and evaluates, witch instructions and regulations of waste economy are not sufficiently incorporated to national legislation of membership countries. The work is devided into three chapters. They are different in aim and contents. The first and the second chapter are focused on legislative scope of treatment with waste, its strategies and implements in EU and in the ČR. The third chapter describes present situation of local waste disposal both in the Czech Republic, European Union, average of EU 27 and in individual membership countries as well.
