Abstract

The aim of presented bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new-builtsingle-family detached house and selecting suitable conception of heating. The issue of heating in new-built single-family houses is nowadays rather large. Market offers not only a considerable number of heat sources but also systems of its distribution. At the same the fact that most of the used energy should come from renewable sources is accented. Therefore the design of the object includes soil-water heat pump, which covers heat losses of the building. The heating system has been designed as a floor water-heating in combination with heating bodies. Furthermore the work deals with the preparation of hot water and heating of pool water via photovoltaic panels in the object.

In the theoretical part the whole concept of constructional approach to the house as well as the way of its heating is presented.

The project itself consists of technical drawing part and technical building report, plans and technical report of heating including appendixes, which provide important calculations.
