Příčiny plošného sesuvu půdy v lokalitě Frýdek-Místek - Bahno

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the causes of landslide events in the outskirts of Frýdek-Místek which occured immediately after the torrential rains in May 2010. The first part is focused on the general issue of slope processes, on the explanation of the basic terminology and geological classification of landslide area. The second part is focused on the localization of area of interest and its geological, geomorphological and hydrological conditions. The next part is devoted to anthropogenic influences that contributed to the landslide events. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on corrective measures that should prevent recurrence of landslide activity in this locality.
