Abstract

In my Bachelor Thesis I deal with the business ethics. Relationship between ethics and business increases an interest and becomes more topical. The business ethics represents the economics based on the values as honour, morality, responsibility, tolerance, and justice. Because the companies are known for their negative practices, the concept of business ethics need attention. I deal with the ethical codex in greater detail because it is one of the tools of implementation business ethics into the economical life of the company. The goal of my work is to determine the overall situation in ethical business and suggest the ethical standards that company could in the future include to the ethical code.
