Posouzení možnosti kalení z dokovací teploty při výrobě zápustkových výkovků v Ostroj, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis deal with the possibility of hardening die forgings in company OSTROJ a.s. immediately from the finishing temperature or alternatively use finishing temperature for subsequent heating forging to hardening temperature. The work is mainly focus on comparison of mechanical properties and microstructures of hardened forgings from finishing temperature afterwards hardening and between forgings which are heat treated conventionally and are applied in company OSTROJ a.s. for several years. The goal of this work is to proof possibility to replace this conventional method of heat treatment for more economical heat treatment method which is also applied in many other companies.
