Strategická analýza vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce s názvom „Strategická analýza vybranej spoločnosti“ je strategická analýza súčasného stavu vybranej spoločnosti. V prvej teoretickej časti, vychádzajúc z odbornej literatúry, sú vysvetlené základné pojmy a súvislosti strategického manažmentu. Vysvetlená je podstata strategickej analýzy a jej základné rozdelenie na analýzu vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia spoločnosti. V druhej praktickej časti sú jednotlivé analýzy uskutočnené na vybranej spoločnosti. Všetky získane výsledky z jednotlivých analýz a nadobudnuté poznatky sú následne východiskom pre vytvorenie SWOT analýzy spoločnosti. Na jej základe sú nakoniec navrhnuté riešenia a odporúčania pre spoločnosť a formulovaná stratégia do budúcna.

The subject of the thesis entitled “Strategic Analysis of a Selected Company” is the strategic analysis of the current state in the selected company. The first theoretical part of the analysis, based on the scientific literature, explains the basic concepts and connections of strategic management. The nature of the strategic analysis is explained in it and also its basic division for the analysis of external and internal environment of the company. The second practical part of the analysis includes the individual analyses which were performed in the selected company. All the results obtained from the various analyses and the acquired knowledge are the basis for the creation of SWOT analysis of the company. On the basis of the SWOT analysis is eventually proposed the solutions and recommendations for the company and it is formulated the strategy for future.
