Abstract

The main aim of my bachelor work "The analysis and the comparison of 1st FC Slovácko and FC Baník Ostrava " is to analyse the exist clubs in light of management and marketing. The bachelor work is divided in a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part there are introduced basic concepts and the adumbration of the exist problems.In the practical part there is introduced the analysis of the present state of both clubs, the advertisement and sponsoring and SWOT analysis of clubs which relates to it. The aim is to analyze and compare the surveyed clubs from a marketing standpoint .
