Marketingová strategie projektu GREEN LIGHT VŠB-TUO

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and design of an optimal marketing strategy for the Green Light VŠB-TUO. To achieve this goal, methods such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, extended marketing mix, EFE and IFE matrix will be used, in the context of the current conditions of the program (as of 2024). The main goal is to identify potential directions for program development and to choose a practical communication-marketing plan for the Green Light program. The objective of this work is the creation of an effective marketing strategy.
