Návrh optimálních parametrů odstředivého lití nízkotavitelných slitin do pryžových forem

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the optimal parameter design of centrifugal casting of low melting-point alloys into rubber moulds. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis discusses investment casting, the method of combustible and wax pattern, centrifugal casting and the TekCast method. The experimental part is divided into two sections. The first section of this part describes production of the master pattern. The second section describes the manufacturing of the mould for the purpose of centrifugal casting, the optimizing of gating system, the optimizing of horizontal pressure and the speed of oscillation. The result of the diploma thesis is obtained optimal values for moulding thin-walled and complex castings with centrifugal casting.
