Zhodnocení působnosti a zabezpečení činnosti matričního úřadu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the activity assessment of the Land Register Office and the support of its agency.It is focused on The Land Register Office of Klimkovice town. The theoretical part describes the delegated authority of the state administration and the Register Office itself. The practical part deals with the calculation methodology of the due amount of state administration contribution within the delegated municipal authority. It contains an analysis of this issue including the description of the values determinated by the formula provided by the Czech Ministry of Interior. The results of the analysis testify that in the period between 2012 and 2018 a major change occurrred in the calculation methodology. It was in 2013 when there was a decrease of contribution fee due to the change of the district area and the scope of the delegated authority of the state administration. Between 2013 and 2018 the development of the contribution fee related to delegated municipal authority slightly increased.
