Abstract

Práce má za cíl objasnit teoretické poznatky v oblasti cestovního ruchu a především analyzovat možnost otevření penzionu v částečně nevyužívaném objektu ve Městě Albrechticích. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů cestovního ruchu a dále metodiku zpracování praktické části. Je zde uveden popis okolí Města Albrechtic. Dále následuje realizace průzkumu včetně analýzy očekávání účastníků cestovního ruchu a analýza konkurence. Poslední kapitola obsahuje návrhy a doporučení.

The aim of this work was to clarify the theoretical knowledge of tourism and especially to analyze the possibility of opening the family hotel in a partially unused building in Mesto Albrechtice. There is an explanation of the terms of tourism and the methodology for the practical part. There is a description of the surroundings of Mesto Albrechtice. Followed by implementation of the research. It includes expectations of tourists analysis and competition analysis. The last chapter includes suggestions and recommendations.
