Kritická infrastruktura na úrovni obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

The thesis deals with critical infrastructure at the level of municipalities with extended competence. The work is divided into three parts. In the initial part is defined the selected local infrastructure, general information about the development of critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic and European Union and the application of criteria in their assessment. The second part is characterized by territorial breakdown of the Czech Republic in relation to the territorial planning and sustainable development. In this part is thesis focused on safety system in connection with the territorial system. In the final part are proposed the assessment principles of vital infrastructure in the territorial systems.
