Abstract

The topic of the thesis is implementing a project for the construction of housing (new build) on five floors above ground and one underground floor and cladding solutions variant linked to the speed of construction. The proposed building is located two shops on the ground floor and eight residential units in the remaining floors. The ground floor is commercial space. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains a study of a residential building, the second part is the project documentation for building construction and in the third part of the construction technology that deals with the variant solution envelope linked to the speed of construction.
