Development of a Methodology for Determining the Objectives & Targets of a Project Organization

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with methodology for setting objectives and targets in a selected engineering company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate current process of in this company and propose new process, including a way in which future objectives and targets shall be monitored. Evaluation of the current process is based on certification audit findings. As a conclusion, specific procedures for monitoring and evaluation of company objectives and targets are formulated.
