Strategická analýza podniku Kyklop network systems, s.r.o.

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is strategic analysis of Kyklop network systems, Ltd. There are related terms and methods described in theoretical part. The practical part concerns with application of the methods from the theoretical part. The main focus is devoted to the analysis of external environment and its related analysis of competitors and I also devoted some time to the analysis of internal environment. At the end of the work I suggested recommendations for leaders of the company.
