Dopady přistoupení k EU na české dopravce

Abstract

Vstupem České republiky do Evropské Unie k 1.5.2004 se udály významné změny v oblasti dopravy s dopadem na dopravní společnosti provozující mezinárodní silniční kamionovou přepravu nákladů. Práce obsahuje teoretický popis právní úpravy mezinárodní kamionové dopravy, včetně začlenění právních norem EU do českého práva a praktický popis provozních činností dopravní společnosti jako řešení marketingu, smluvních vztahů a výběrových řízení, práce se zaměstnanci a dopravními prostředky a hlavně podrobný popis průběhu realizace jednotlivých druhů přeprav. Výsledkem této práce je definování celkových změn a z toho vyplývajících dopadů vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie na podnikání českého dopravce.

By entering of the Czech Republic into the European Union as of May 1,2004 the significant changes have happened in the transport area with impact on transport companies operating the international road truck transport. The thesis includes theoretical description of legal regulations of the international truck transport including integration of legal rules of the EU into the Czech legislative and a practical description of operation activities of the transport company as a solution of marketing, contractual relations and tenders, works with employees and transport means and mainly detailed description of individual kinds of transport. The results of the work is a definition of total changes and resulting impacts of the Czech Republic entry into the European Union on business activities of Czech carrier.
