Posouzení motivace a analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis addresses the assessment of motivation and analysis of employee satisfaction in a selected company, specifically in the company Broker Consulting, a.s. The aim was to analyze the current level of satisfaction and motivation and to propose solutions to improve the current situation. The evaluation took place on the basis of two interviews with the director and manager of the company and at the same time a questionnaire survey, which was the main research method and was attended by 156 people. After analysis, 5 different methods were developed by which the company could increase the current level of satisfaction and motivation.
