Abstract

In the graduation thesis is a study of flood protection in the Potoční street in urban area Opava – Komárov. The introduction describes flooding problems as a global problem. The following part describes the current state of the area. The study is based on legislative and technical solutions with relevant documents for implementation for the implementation of flood measures. In conclusion, the assessment of alternatives and a detailed description of most of the selected option , including calculations. The work includes drawings.
