Abstract

Diploma work deals with analysis of inventory and logistics conceptions. In the theoretical part of the work are described logistics definitions, inventory and supply models. The practical part of the work is focused on conducting analysis current supplier logistic conceptions in Siemens Elektromotory s. r. o. company. Finally, based on ascertained facts, there are suggestions to improve current level of current supplier logistics at selected company.
