Využití principů Průmyslu 4.0 v řízení kvality

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on current technological changes that go hand in hand with the term Industry 4.0. In the theoretical part of thus thesis, the term is presented together with the technologies involved. Furthermore, the impact of these changes on the quality management system is described, expressed as Quality 4.0. The practical part of this work deals with the application of elements of Industry 4.0 in a particular company, in whose cooperation this work was solved. As part of the digitization process, the company focuses on implementing the MES system. The aim of this work is to select its optimal variant. Multicriterial analysis has been applied to it. In addition, other areas of quality in which the company can find innovative solutions to existing processes within technologies are also assessed.
