Problematika zásobování v oblasti dopravy ve společnosti Česká pošta, s.p.

Abstract

Tato práce byla vytvořena, aby analyzovala současný stav a způsob zásobování dopravních středisek náhradními díly a provozním materiálem. V minulosti nebyl nákup příliš centralizovaný a to skýtalo určité možnosti pro operativnější činnosti v zásobování. Oproti tomu při centralizovaném zásobování může být docíleno větších slev, ale domní-vám se, že na úkor operativnosti a rychlosti dodávek. Tuto hypotézu by měla tato práce potvrdit nebo vyvrátit. V první části je krátce popsána historie poštovnictví a charakteris-tika podniku Česká pošta,s.p. Dále pak způsob zásobování před rokem 2006, jeho výhody a nevýhody. V další části jsou popsány současné postupy získávání náhradních dílů a provozního materiálu. Dále práce informuje o systému zásobování JIT a ke konci sezna-muje čtenáře s nevýhodami a výhodami. V závěru práce je vysloven názor na způsobu zásobování a navrženy případná vylepšení.

The present paper was prepared in order to analyze the current condition and method of supplies of spare parts and operation material to transport centres. In the past, procurement was not centralized often, which provided for certain possibilities to carry out supplies in a more operative way. On the other hand, centralized supplies can lead to bigger discounts, but I think this is at the expense of the flexibility and speed of deliver-ies. The paper was intended to confirm or refute this hypothesis. In the first part, the his-tory of postal services and the characteristics of Česká pošta, s. p. are described in brief. Also, the supply methods before 2006, its advantages and disadvantages are further men-tioned. In the following section, the current procedures in the procurement of spare parts and operation material are described. The paper also provides information about the JIT procurement system and at the end it makes the reader familiar with the advantages and disadvantages. At the end of the paper, an opinion is provided about the procurement method and possible improvements are proposed.
