Požadavky na koordinátora BOZP na staveništi v České republice a Rakousku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the requirements for an OSH coordinator at a construction site in the Czech Republic and Austria. The aim of this work is to compare the basic legal requirements for health and safety coordinators in individual countries, to compare the rights and duties of health and safety coordinators, and to define the penalties that may be incurred when ensuring the work of health and safety coordinators. The theoretical part of the work contains an explanation of the concepts used in this work, legislation regarding the work of the OSH coordinator and the requirements for obtaining a certificate. Furthermore, the thesis contains a definition of the function of the coordinator, his rights and obligations. The practical part of the work deals with comparing the differences in legal requirements in the given countries.
