Abstract

The thesis aims to analyze the requirements of the company for expanding the existing telecommunication channel in the form of SMS system in the environment of the Internet provider. SMS system originally used in one acquired company is going to serve as a source of experience. Its modernization and application of requirements of the company will lead to expansion of functions which allows expansion to others acquired companies. By this step the customers will gain another way of communication with their Internet service provider.
