Bioakumulace polutantů pomocí technického konopí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with bioaccumulation of selected heavy metals by technical hemp. To understand the issue of bioaccumulation is necessary to familiarizare with its phases and properties and accumulation capabilities of the hemp plant. The thesis evaluates storage capacity of Cannabis sativa on three heavy metals – copper, lead. Accumulation was monitoring for seven days on three parts of plant – root, stem and leaf. The data are recorded to tables and results of the whole research are summarized in chapter 5.
