Intenzifikace úpravny vody Horka za účelem zajištění kvality vyráběné pitné vody v souladu s platnou legislativou

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice úpravny vody Horka a její následné intenzifikaci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V diplomové práci je popsán legislativní rámec Evropské unie a implementace této legislativy do legislativy české. Je zde také definován stav úpravny vody Horka před intenzifikací a je popsána kvalita surové vody, technologie čištění, dávkování chemikálií pro úpravu surové vody. V další části diplomové práce jsou charakterizovány problémy provozu a návrh opatření a změn při intenzifikaci úpravny vody Horka. Detailně je popsána intenzifikace úpravny, parametry pitné vody, vzorkování a postupy sledovaných laboratorních analýz. V praktické části diplomové práce studuji kvalitu pitné vody v návaznosti na platnou legislativu a účinnost procesu čištění, kdy analyzuji a hodnotím čistící efekt před intenzifikací a po intenzifikaci. Zabývám se také finanční stránkou intenzifikace. Závěr diplomové práce patří zhodnocení a posouzení výsledků intenzifikace.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of water treatment Horka and its subsequent intensification. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The thesis describes the legislative framework of the European Union and the implementation of this legislation into Czech legislation. There is also defined the state of the water treatment plant before Horka intensification and described the quality of raw water purification technology, dosing of chemicals for treatment of raw water. In the next part of the thesis are characterized the procedure problems and there propose are measures and changes in the intensification of the water treatment plant Horka. There is described intensification of treatment in detail, parameters of drinking water, sampling procedures and monitored laboratory analysis. In the practical part of the thesis I have been studying the quality of drinking water in relation to current legislation and the effectiveness of the cleaning process, which analyze and evaluate the effect of cleaning before and after the intensification. I deal with the financial aspects of intensification. The final section includes an evaluation and assessment of the results of intensification.
