Slezská Ostrava – návrh sociálního bydlení - startovací byty pro mladé rodiny

Abstract

Bachelor thesis addresses the design issues of social housing, namely the design of starter flats for young families in the Silesian Ostrava. Part of this work is to select a suitable site, the proposal itself by building solid study, solving the static traffic and public spaces. For this purpose, an analysis of the current situation and the necessary documents were obtained by selected locations. The theoretical part deals with a recapitulation of all the knowledge and theoretical background, mainly in housing, barrier-free housing and parking. The next section describes the proposal, prepared in two versions, one of which is elaborated in more detail, including an economic evaluation. Emphasis was placed on the proposal for the creation of quality housing with a link to the neighborhood. Extent 40 pages.
