Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to select the most appropriate method of implementation of ceiling structures building apartment building. The selection is made by comparing the temporal, economic and mechanical performance of the two variants. The first option deals with the ceiling structure of the system Ytong - white ceiling beams and prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and the second option reinforced concrete ceiling structures. Both versions include a schedule and budget, with itemized statement of the assessment process. The chosen solution is developed technological regulation implementing the ceiling. Part of this work is the building project documentation, project construction organization, design of construction machinery for the implementation of the ceiling structure, thermal technical assessment of building structures, construction schedule and itemized project budget.
