Optimalizace flotace uhlí z odvalu Heřmanice

Abstract

Thesis in its theoretical part addresses the process of flotation, characteristics, importance, principle and describes a flotation machine. It deals with the emergence of the coal and at the same time it solves in terms of the ability to be separated. In the next section is solved by the theme of the flotation reagents, in particular oil, Montanol 551, which is used in laboratory tests. Followed by a description of the site, Heřmanice, the history of the emergence, the issue of the current situation and also the initiation of the operation of the separation lines. The most important part of this work are laboratory tests. Here it is described obtaining a sample from a heap, his preparation for the separation, the necessary conditions, a description of the methodology of work and evaluation of all nine of the flotation process. At the conclusion of the thesis is located the evaluation tests.
