Vybrané profesní komory jako veřejnoprávní korporace a jejich vzájemná spolupráce

Abstract

Self-government is one of the important elements and essential requirements for a democratic state, which includes territorial autonomy and leisure self-government. This thesis is mainly devoted to self-government, which brings together people with the same interest, with a focus on professional autonomy. The aim of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive insight into one of the areas of leisure self-government namely the professional autonomy, which represents professional chambers distinguishing by particular membership. This view starts with basic theoretical concepts through specific professional chambers on which the professional autonomy is based, to their mutual relations. The thesis is divided into six chapters including an introduction and a conclusion. The second section describes the general characteristics of public administration to professional autonomy. The third chapter is based on the previous chapter and is devoted to the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic. The following fourth chapter focuses on the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter deals with the cooperation of the professional associations mentioned in the previous chapters.
