Strukturální fondy EU a jejich využití v obci Kunín

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi čerpání dotací z fondů Evropské Unie v programovém období 2007 – 2013. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení regionální politiky, cíle, nástroje, programové dokumenty, operační programy. V druhé části je popsán Regionální operační program Moravskoslezsko včetně aktuálního stavu čerpání dotací. Jednotlivé projekty realizované v obci Kunín včetně hodnocení přínosu jsou obsahem třetí části. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit přínos projektů realizovaných v obci Kunín v letech 2007 – 2011, které byly spolufinancovány ze strukturálních fondů EU.

The thesis deals with possibilities of drawing EU subsidies within the programme period of 2007 – 2013. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining regional politics, objectives, tools, programme documentation and operational programmes. The following section brings description of Regional Operational Programme of Moravia-Silesia, including the present condition of drawing subsidies. The third part of the thesis comprises individual projects carried out in the village of Kunin, including evaluation of their contribution. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate contribution of individual projects carried out in the village of Kunin in the period of 2007 – 2011 that were co-financed from EU structural funds.
