Analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy PZB-LEŇO stabil, s.r.o.

Abstract

Diploma thesis focuses on on the analysis of the competitive ability of the PZB-LEŇO stabil, Ltd. I have used to analyze the training methods and techniques such as SWOT analysis, BCG analysis, analysis of external environment, Porter´s five forces analysis and positional map. Further stated in the diploma thesis questionnaire and interview with company director. Main objective was examined whether the competitive firm. This competitiveness is graphically illustrated in the position map, which was formed just on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Interview with company director was used to compiled the company SWOT analysis. Finally, I present conclusion and suggest measures which should drive business to maintrain or even increase its market position.
