Problematika odpadů a vedlejších produktů z technologie výroby piva

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis provides a summary of information on the most common by-products and wastes that are generated during beer production. First, the basic raw materials needed for the production of beer are described, then the technology itself, and then attention is paid to the emerging by-products and waste. The first are characterized by directly arising by-products from production and their further use. Then the topic of packaging materials and their handling is addressed. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the issue of emissions of pollutants into the environment.
