Požární zabezpečení heliportů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce obsahuje základní informace o vrtulnících a heliportech. Na základě platných právních dokumentů a norem popisuje požadavky kladené na vyvýšené heliporty, a to z hlediska požární ochrany a záchranářských prací. Zabývá se legislativou českou i zahraniční a využívajíc poznatků z praxe navrhuje nejvhodnější způsob požárního zabezpečení heliportu. Práce popisuje taktiku požárního zásahu a záchrany osob i majetku, studuje nebezpečí spojené s nehodou, nebo poruchou vrtulníku na vyvýšeném heliportu.

The thesis contains basic information about heliports and helicopters. Based on legal documents and norms, it describes requirements for an elevated heliports, in terms of fire protection and rescue action. The thesis proposes the most suitable way of heliport fire safety by dealing with the Czech and foreign legislation and by using the knowledge from a practice. It also describes the fire fighting intervention, rescue of persons and property. It studies dangers associated with an accident, or helicopter disorder at elevated heliports.
