Abstract
The content of this thesis is project documentation in the stage of documentation for construction. Project is made in two variants. The firs variant is for passive house, the second for low energy house. To this project are completed protokols of energy performance of the buildings and itemized budgets. The result of this thesis is the comparison of two variants of the familly house and determination ofthe return on investment in the passive house.
