Abstract

During the transformation of the labour-market, frequent changes in supply and demand in the labour-market and the constant turnover, the personal placement services become a very important player in today's labour-market. The aim of the thesis themed “Activity of a Personal Agency by Searching for New Employees“ is to evaluate the current system of the process of employees mediation from the point of view of seller and consultant positions and to suggest improvements. With the support of professional literature and internet sources the thesis defines theoretic bases which briefly explain basic terms related to HR management, particulary in HR recruitment. Also defines the sources of recruitment and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of cooperation with HR consulting companies. After an inventory of the current process of recruiting and selection employees in the personal agency Advantage Consulting, s. r. o. there are summarized the advantages and disadvantages of split functions sellers and consultants, their remuneration system and suggestions for recommendations lead to improving the current process of searching for new employees in the thesis.
