Abstract
This work is focused on solving problems with inventory management of spare parts. It also looks at the issue of organizing and planning of maintenance and repair of medium and small enterprises. The aim of this thesis is to find and describe the methods and tools to be used to reduce inventories of spare parts in small and medium enterprises.
