Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis was to prepare project documentation for building permit of an apartment building in Opava. The topic of this thesis was Technological procedure for the implementation of the ceiling above the entrance floor of an apartment building in Opava. Residential building consists of three floors and one basement floor throughout the building. In the basement there is a separate lockable koji for each apartment one, a common cleaning room, boiler room, laundry dryer, two warehouses and common corridors. On three above-ground floors there are a total of six residential units. On each floor two apartments with entrance from the common corridor connected to the staircase space. The building is designed from a complete porotherm masonry system, ceiling construction as prefomonolithic from porotherm POT beams, Miako inserts and cast concrete, monolithic concrete foundation strips. The roof is designed as a single-skin flat roof with same gradients with a main waterproofing layer of asphalt strips.
