Analýza systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of my graduation theses is the analysis of the employee training system with the company in view. In the forepart of my theses I feature theoretical employee training resources which tie together by they meaning to effective employee development and to easier achievement of company objectives. I emphasize cooperation of four subjects and the systematic training cycle. My research project was to detect through questionnaire investigation the employee satisfaction with actual training system, which the company is offering. Then to process information into general graphs and summary tables and after evaluation of the whole company training process and questionnaires to convey improvement suggestion.
