Kontaminace krajiny Moravskoslezského kraje vojenskou municí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontaminace krajiny Moravskoslezského kraje vojenskou municí. Úvodní část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů a na kategorizaci výbušnin a kontaminantů v souvislosti s řešenou problematikou. Práce vysvětluje současný stav státního zřízení v této oblasti a analyzuje míru kontaminace vojenskou municí v Moravskoslezském kraji. Dále vysvětluje způsob nakládání s touto municí, přičemž dílčí analýza se zabývá kontaminací okolního prostředí po likvidaci nálezů výbuchem. V závěrečné části jsou pak prezentovány případové asanační studie oblastí kontaminovaných vojenskou municí v České republice i zahraničí.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the contamination of the Moravian-Silesian region with military ammunition. The introductory part focuses on the explanation of terms and categorization of explosives and contaminants. The thesis explains current condition of the system of government in this region and analyses the extent of contamination of military ammunition in the Moravian-Silesian region. It also explains handling the ammunition. At the same time a partial analysis deals with the contamination of the surroundings after removing explosion findings. In the closing part there are case decontamination studies of areas contaminated by military ammunition in the Czech Republic as well as abroad
