Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to verify the strength of nitrided layers in the main firearms using microtargets. Parameters of individual processes in plasma nitridation are described in the theoretical part. The practical part describes samples in which the micro-hardness was measured and the forces of the diffusion layers were evaluated. The measurement results are summarized in the final section.
