Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v podmínkách národního železničního podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout způsob implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v podmínkách národního železničního podniku, jehož hlavní činností je provozování osobní železniční dopravy. V první části diplomové práce byly vymezeny základní teoretická východiska, pojmy a principy týkající se metody Balanced Scorecard a její implementace do podnikového řízení za pomocí řady publikací tuzemských i zahraničních autorů. Na teoretickou část navazuje část aplikační, ve které byl stručně charakterizován vybraný podnik a jeho dosavadní systém měření a hodnocení výkonnosti. Posléze byly v podniku identifikovány jednotlivé perspektivy metody Balanced Scorecard za pomocí finanční analýzy, dotazníků a vlastní logiky. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byla vyjasněna podniková strategie a firmě byly navrženy strategické cíle, měřítka, cílové hodnoty a strategické akce, které by při implementaci metody Balanced Scorecard mohla začít sledovat a měřit.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to propose the way for implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method under the conditions of the national railway company, who’s the main activities is prosecution of personal railway service. In the first part of diploma thesis were defined the basic theoretic data, notions and principles regarding Balanced Scorecard method and its implementation to the business management with the help of many domestic as well as foreign authors´ publications. The theoretical part is followed by the application part, in which is briefly characterized the chosen company and its present system of measuring and evaluation of its performance. Afterwards were identified individual prospects of the Balanced Scorecard method in the company by financial analysis, questionnaires, and their own logic. Based on the findings the company was clarified a corporate strategy and proposed strategic objectives, measures, targets and strategic actions that implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method can begin to track and measure.
